They have been so brainwashed for decades to think the lives of Palestinians do not matter and have been acting accordingly and to them it's hard to understand why others care about Palestinians. The concept of empathy for others is completely absent in their minds and they underestimated the empathy of the world.

  7. Confronting the Pro-Israel Lobby is a good book by Andrea Barron. The book discusses how the former Rebublic Congressman, Paul Findley was attacked by AIPAC in 1960 which I found interesting as everything said about AIPAC then is exactly the same as today.
