Both sides seem to be testing the limits. Neither side will go all out unless they're sure they can win.

Considering how Poland has been beat up during the last century (and further back too) I dont blame them for wanting to build up their military power. Go Poland!

Russia's enemy is Putin, not Ukraine.
26
btw - he is absolutely correct about why Ukraine wont get F-35s. I worked on a classified system once and I was told that performance data was the one thing they wanted to keep secret.

If Ukraine can hold the line, so can Europe.

I still do understand why they don't build their own weapons. They have some of the best tech in the world.

When Ukraine gets the Migs from Poland they will be able to do more than what they could ehen this video was made. The odds are getting better for Ukraine 😊

The US won't help any other country if Trump wins.
6
Thanks!

If Trump wins then China will attack Taiwan because Trump voters don't want the US to defend any country besides itself.
5
Binkov might be right about Russia stopping with the territory it currently holds. Putin could just pretend to negotiate for months or years.
5
It's becoming clear the outcome of the war depends almost entirely on the number and type of weapons the West supplies to Ukraine. IMHO
5
A nuclear explosion is more likely to happen by mistake than intentionally IMHO.
4
WW3 is happening now, but it's only partially kinetic. Most of it is carried out with infiltration, espionage, covert influence campaigns, destabilization, etc.
4
A real threat to their neighbors in the middle east. But yes, not a threat to the US
4
Im sure the US could prevail, but the American people wouldn't support it. Not after the Iraq debacle.

😂😂😂😂😂 yeah right 😅

I was under the impression that the main advantage of F-16s was the Ukraine would be able to hit targets that are currently out of range. Its still not clear to me that is the case. Suppose I'll have to wait and see.
3
Thanks! Excellent analysis 👏
3
The Migs they're getting will make a difference

Great topic. I've been wondering about this since the war started. There was a lot of talk about expected big tank battles at the beginning of the war, and it didn't really happen at the scale predicted.
3
Suppose they did get F-35s, how much more training would they need if they were already experienced with F-16s ?

Would be interesting to look at possible scenarios if Putin drops a low-yield tactical nuke in Ukraine. Not many response options. What could the West and Ukraine do in this case? It's like threading a needle to respond appropriately. Not too much or WW3, not too little or Putin wins 🤔
2
@jeffnorris8848 that puzzles me too. No clue where it might happen or why one place would be chosen over another. Would it be symbolic? Targeting leadership? Targeting military? What kind of reasoning would determine the target? No clue.
2
@eiko4252 exactly! 👍
2
Thanks for the details. Wasn't getting much from mainstream media 👏
2
Makes good sense if they do it right.
2
Good observations. Cleared up a lot I wasn't sure about. I hope you're right about this.

Best comment here! I agree

Great reply 😅 @arthas640

As it should. China is the biggest threat by far. No other nation is as powerful as China.
1
Netanyahu is out of touch. I doubt the majority in Israelis would have chosen to attack.
1
@jhozthron4415 absolutely! It's been amazing to watch. I have tremendous respect and admiration for them.
1
Always interesting 🙂
1
I didn't watch this when it first came out because it seemed so unlikely. The situation has changed....
1
Maybe, maybe not. US interests are evolving, and current goals may not be what they were at the start of the war.
1
Ukrainians are clever. They will find an effective way to protect their airbases.

Bot just trying to stir up s**t
