  5. Respect and admiration. The guy spends his life doing random acts of kindness. Sometimes, it's hard to see the abject poverty and squalor but it's reality, and I can't turn away.

  6. Stalin was almost as bad as Hitler. I can understand why someone in that region would view the Nazis as not much worse than the tyranny of Stalin
