I'm not arguing for the defense... But did they get an opportunity to cross-examine her? I mean, don't get me wrong: Brimager is the worst of low-lifes; and probably deserves life, if not a death sentence! 😡 But she had to testify outside of court, due to her illness (understandable). It just seems that if his lawyer(s) didn't get that chance (I was curious why they didn't show any of that on the clip), they could argue her testimony was inadmissible--which would've been a disaster for all.

@jmtolerico That quickly? 🤔after just a few months? 💰💸 What I find puzzling (although probably no one else here in the comments will) is why her father was apparently okay with them shacking up. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ He thought Diana was "happy". If you read the frame of the police report (and not just the narrative), it states that Diana gave the same explanation ("rough sex") to the police as the reason for the disturbance to the neighbor(s).... Was it the truth, or not? Or if it wasn't, maybe it still played a role in the past; therefore seemed feasible enough at the time. Anyone can rationalize, "well, she was a 26 year-old adult and can make her own decisions," blah-blah... But they'd be correct, from a legal standpoint only--not a relational one. But a father who is tuned in to his children and paying attention to what is going on, they're going to have a 'check' in their spirit about all that. Even if they're being hypocritical about it... I guess society's conscience has just gone dead. 😞

@HellcatMad I know this observation will get voted down by today's woke crowd; but, these men are already "do(ing a) bad thing" by having sex with someone to whom they are not married, and have no intention of marrying, even. If only mainstream society didn't so pervasively resist living by God and the Bible's laws, the rates of these types of crimes would be much, much less.

I gave it the benefit of the doubt, though. Could've been a bride kissing their bridesmaid, sister, or best friend at a wedding, as a gesture of gratitude for their support and friendship. I tried not to jump to conclusions. But sure enough, yeah. Today's society is so predictable. 😑

@tessaducek5601 That sounds like a foreshadowing (if it were filmed 50 - 60 yrs. ago, did you say?) of what is happening in totalitarian countries today. Like China, where they have a "social credit score"; and of course the idea about a 'mark' originates from a much more ancient source.🤔 Not a good thing, folks. And they are trying to bring it to America. #wakeuppeople
