@mandykeane196 There were still children who perished because they didn't make it into the lifeboats. Especially the ones who were in third-class steerage.

@Opius321 I think they may be referring to the TV series Manifest (used to be on NBC), about a plane that mysteriously disappeared on a return flight from Jamaica to NY ... then reappeared 5 years later . Fictional, of course; but it was rather interesting during the earlier episodes.
