@key strix. Do you have any original thoughts? Will the republicans fight voter suppression? Will they do for Black people what they do for the poor and uneducated whites who vote for them every 2-years? They do nothing for those people. They gave a tax break to the rich and the base got nothing.

A Black person who votes republican is voting against themselves and other Black people. Our problems stem from us only being 13% of the American population. White people make up 67% and dropping. Republican, Democrats, racists and people who sit idly by and watch racism occur all fall within the 67%. If you as a Black person think joining the Republicans will make your life better...you are out of your mind.

@josh Hahn. I'm speaking of improving the education and financial situation in white communities by bringing in jobs, schools and opportunities to Red States so that a family can prosper. As a Black man , If I vote republican, I just voted against myself and every other Black person. The republican/conservatives immediately attacked voter's rights as soon as the conservative SCOTUS struck down section 5 of the voters right act, please see Shelby county v. Holder. As a Black man I would be a GD fool to vote for a republican. The government intervention that hurt Black people was slavery, failed reconstruction, jim crow, unfair crime sentencing, failure of the great migration and racist whites who would not move past slavery. Now, let's talk about tax breaks. trump just gave a tax break to the rich and no conservatives batted an eye or raised a voice. What happened there? It seems that one man's hand out is another man's entitlement. We should probably take a hard look at the definition of government hand-out because it seems to be different through the demographics. A person who is not rich and gives to charity gives more than a rich person gives to charity no matter the affiliation so who gives the most by party means nothing to me. Your comment is from the classic conservative who does not know Black people so you think all of us are from a single parent home and we are single parents. You also accuse Black people of simultaneously taking a hand-out and not getting anything from Democrats. If a Black person votes republican, it is the worst thing he or she can do.

@Gman. Congratulations, you can take your tax break and buy a 60" T.V. and the rich person will buy a 60" T.V. to put in the bathroom of the new house that his tax break paid for. He also has his inheritance tax cut so that he keeps his wealth in the family. Rich conservatives sure know how to trick not as rich conservatives into keeping them rich. Who will pay for the tax break? Enjoy it.

@key strix. I have a portfolio, I know how money cycles? Nice privilege question. I appreciate how in true republican form and out of the playbook you evoke "trickle down economics". As follows; If you feed a horse(rich people) enough oats (money), eventually while walking the horse will take a sh!t and then the sparrows (middle-class/lower class Americans) can fly in and get some "oats". All you have proven is that you can build a good straw man, you never tackled the real issues that I put in front of you. You're just mad because your party is too racist to attract a large amount of Black voters.

@kerrington shields. You are wrong also, my parents taught me not to be jealous or covetous. I do have my own and I want to make sure that other Black people have their own and get the opportunity to thrive and raise a family. For you guys to sit behind a keyboard and "know" my status proves you have no counter for my reasons as to why a Black person should not vote republican. Why do "some" people commit so much time and effort into berating the way Black people vote? Black people very, very seldom vote republican so republicans attempt to keep Black people from voting. When a Black person votes republican, this is what they vote for.

@kerrington shields. The LAW was aimed at the states who practiced voter suppression. If those states were not "bad actors" the government would not have had to pass legislation. Big government seems fine for republicans/conservative on their terms when they feel it's necessary. You're right I should join the republican party.

Maybe you can call them whiteBlacks. White people who are not poor commit crimes also. You are a very good conservative because you've mastered the art of being a hypocrite, check that box.
