@poppy paul. Who sailed half way around the world to buy slaves? Who built a nation with slave labor? Who created a market for slaves? British Colonists and Americans.

John Smith Europeans built a fort and used it for slavery export. They held slaves there until a boat came to take the slaves to the New World, Europe and any other place requiring slave labor. You don't know enough about slavery to try to excuse away what happened.

@budybradley8257 Show your work. Blacks had slaves in America but they were family members and close friends. So don't even try that excuse. Mount Vernon is one of many American Concentration Camps.

@ischmidt007 I read the Legislation passed by the United states government upholding and fortifying slavery and the United states Supreme court saying that a Black man has no constitutional rights, free or slave.

@jfsfrnd. Some states entering the union entered as free and some entered as slave (please see Bloody Kansas), this is not profound or new information. Your comment is very simplistic and leaves out many key, very key events.
