  1. When we are eating, we use our senses. Oprah saw the chicken and her brain responded by letting her taste buds know what to expect (Fried Chicken, seasoned to perfection). When that shit hit Oprah's taste buds, they yelled at the brain and screamed "you lied to us". Thus the face. I think the classic rap song "rapper's delight" spoke on this when rapper Wonder Mike rapped famously "and the chicken taste like wood".
