I think as Black people we need a national "I certify I do not want Reparations registry" so we can get everyone on record.

When it was decided to pay Native Americans, they were placed on a list called the Dawe's Roll, this meant they were eligible for tribal membership into the "5 Civilized Nations" which made them eligible to receive money and land from the U.S. Government. The fee required for entry onto the Dawe's Roll was $5. Here's where it gets weird; Black people and Native Americans with "African features" were not allowed on the Dawe's Roll however, some white people, not all falsely claimed Native American heritage, paid $5 and were placed on the Dawe's Roll and this the origin of the terms $5 Dollar Indian and Dawe's Roll Tribe. If Reparations are authorized the Descendent of Slaves population of America will increase exponentially.
