  1.  @tonyavila9358  Well, yes. People should pay more attention, but if your goal is to minimize these incidents, telling people to pay more attention isn't good enough. If the highway is designed to not be clear enough, it's inevitable that people will miss the signs. It's better to build one last checkpoint station (meaning drivers will HAVE TO stop and checked by highway patrol officers before going to the actual border checkpoint)
