  1. ​The thing is it's very hard to prove age discrimination unless it's blantly obvious. If you go to an interview and the recruiter feels like you're too old to get hired, the'll give you all sort of excuses like "you're not qualified for the job" or whatever BS excuse they come up with. Companies knows the laws as much as you do, and they're very good at finding a way around the laws without geting sued.  @tjr-007tt
