So if I as an American break the law they are saying I do not get punishment is that what this mayor wants. Looks like he is lawless and needs to be booted out of office. Why are they making me get a passport to come home to the country i was born in and then they let non citizens to just walk in unchecked. This is called a mentally incompetent mayor.
