  4. Viper. 👈. I went to a Walgreen in SBD and Phantom of the Opera music was blairing from speakers outside the store. I asked the clerk why they did this? She said look behind the store, there was massive tent city and they played the music loud to keep the them away from the store. Lot of crime.
