They can go on line and get drawings, service bulletins, type materials whether it be titanium, aluminum, composite, wiring, tubing, . thicknesse, dimensions, specifications, etc etc etc. I am am sure they have machinists, avionics technicians, structures mechanics, A & P mechanics,, hydraulic mechanics, etc. Not just aircraft but vehicles as well. Taliban are not dumb and if they can get our equipment serviceable they will. I have been in aviation all my life and anything can be fixed if needed.
