@comrade_iskrin yes, hence I put that influential quote.

@comrade_iskrin read the Road to Serfdom, then you will understand and come talk to me after that.

@comrade_iskrin unlike the Road to Serfdom (which was written and published more recently than Das Kapital for a start), none of their predictions turned into reality as well as within Marx's other works. So I understand which one is on the right side of history.
2
@comrade_iskrin I have read it, along with the Communist Manifesto. The revolution isn't happening now, and despite its flaws it still survived its difficulties (defeating the utopia notion that socialist and communist thinkers possess). Now go read the Road to Serfdom then you will see the predictions made did become true and caused shifts towards capitalism as a result at least.

@nkhmg so it being harder to find a book on the basis of ideology simply is trying to undermine communism n socialism more? 😂. Now you can get both straight forwardly. In some cases even easier to get the Communist Manifesto than the Road to Serfdom from what I found. It was written more recently too which also helps. As for your pathetic ratio comment, what do you expect when this video is aimed at socialists and communists? Go on a video for the opposite end and the ratios will be the other way round, only difference is that I'm not childish to show it off.

"if socialists understood economics, they wouldn't be socialists" Hayek.

@nkhmg took you two weeks to come back with that 😂 You brought up the comment ratio, not me, you dummy. And based on your local library you are going to assume that you cannot get a book by Marx but can by Hayek in every one? Cause from personal experience I can assure you that isn't the case. Looks like you need to get out more.
1
@nkhmg nor does it for me but still wouldn't take me that long to respond. And the opposite is true here. Both in public libraries/book shops and on campuses (the latter you find both equally easier unlike in public ones) Maybe look in the libraries outside the capital, is all I can say.
1
@nkhmg maybe if you looked cause you never know. If you were to come here it would be the other way round at least, so you don't really have a point.
1
@nkhmg I haven't been abroad in over three years and it's affecting everyone. They might be in libraries outside of the main city. Surprising at what you find in the most unlikely areas.. I can only go on personal experience based on what is in local libraries and bookshops as well as on campus etc.

@NBrioDaZueraRules still not true even today.
1
@NBrioDaZueraRules still hasn't changed in the near eighty years that Road to Serfdom was published.
1
@NBrioDaZueraRules for you maybe. Not for most people.
1
@NBrioDaZueraRules of course they are 😂 that's something only a child, a narcissist, or extreme authoritarian would say.

@Alicegoulding a socialist has read Marx. A capitalist understands it..
1
@Alicegoulding I have. Again. A socialist had read Marx, a capitalist understands Marx.
