  2.  @julianshepherd2038  not true. I live in Hillingdon which is also Tory controlled. Not as affluent as Wandsworth, meaning fewer wealthy folk are paying the higher band of council tax, but it has lower council tax rates than Labour ran Brent and Harrow (which borders mine), and better facilties.
