  1. Article 16 is part of the NI Protocol, meaning that triggering it would not breach it. After all the EU nearly did that earlier this year.

  7.  @timlinator  but triggering Article 16 doesn't automatically violate the GFA. As I said, the EU nearly did that earlier this year over the vaccine dispute.

  8.  @kingdingaling8709  not really true at all. India provides a substantial opportunity overall for goods and services with an emerging economy. The only real concession is migration rules and relaxing visa restrictions, but it works both ways at least.
