Looks like they are doing a red hat. 1, adopt positive discrimination policies 2, focus on them over the purpose of the organisation 3, implement them in potentiallly illegal ways 4, create a wishlist of what you would like to do with unlimited funds 5, take steps to implement the wishlist ignoring everything else due to being so distracted over your dei policies 6, get called out about it 7, rather than trying to fix it, complain that people are being unkind and not paying you enough while failing to take any actions that effectively adress the problem. Have i missed any steps from the playbook?
