  1. From my understanding, when the apartment was turned back to Courtney , there was no charges filed so how could they have possession illegally? And LE left all items at the apt.

  2. Law-enforcement had not filed charges and had the opportunity to seize the laptop yet did not and turned the apartment with all its possessions back over to Courtney.

  4. The computer was not seized by LE, the apartment was turned over to Courtney with all of its possessions. There were no charges filed at the time.
