  1. Because it will be shown, as they (the talking heads) mentioned in Lori’s murder trial in ARIZONA. In this trial that just finished, Lori is not charged with Charles’s murder. Certain information is not allowed. Only info is allowed directly related to the specific charges of each trial. Unlike the Alex Murdaugh trial where almost every bad deed AM committed in his entire life, in any every domain, was allowed.

  3.  @BurroGirl  no I don’t believe that is correct about the judge punishing the state - more along the lines of - the state had made some missteps and needed more time to complete DNA tests etc - because Lori refused to waive her right to a speedy trial they had to go forward - not having the time to do every thing needed for a DP case, it was taken off the table - so to speak
