  4. “Evidence piling up ACCORDING to the State” NOT according to the defense. Shell casings don’t match neither do the shoes. It’s all based on “opinions” nothing factual like DNA or Ballistics. The state has a BIG Stake in the game that this guy is GUILTY. ONLY the side of the state is reported on this channel. 🙄. He had a biz card of the CO that he leases he trailer from - Guilty 🙄🙄🙄
