  2. These are the prosecutors claims. And they failed to turn over this evidence to the defense. Blood may not lie yet prosecutors do & just as much as defense attorneys.

  8. This guy is a massive corrupt schmuck, etc, yet I’m also reserving judgment on if he murdered his son and wife. Maybe he did, maybe he killed his father 2 who was on his death bed.(another one of his alibis) but maybe there a possibility he didn’t murdered them.

(The guys a Schmuck yet one can’t (or shouldn’t) blindly believe in prosecutors claims with out verification) “Murdaugh's lawyers immediately asked for the prosecution's evidence and court rules require authorities turn it over in 30 days. That deadline was Monday and defense lawyers said prosecutors didn't provide the evidence”. Maybe Don’t believe all the gossip / assertions as if gospel … cupcake

  11. @CannibalCupcake maybe they HAVE turned over their evidence to defense. (doesn’t mean what they claim to have is what they turned over, prosecutors always exaggerate (lie) just like the defense ) Until the trial except for the few who have seen the claimed evidence, no one else will know what’s what / factual. Given the trial won’t be televised and much of the evidence kept private who knows when / if the “public” will ever know all the facts. Unless they attend the trial themselves.

  12.  @bbe3034  That podcast is SO biased. The women who does the commentary, tone of voice, every word, is seething, dripping with distaste (to put it nicely) about this family. No doubt the Murdaugh family, especially Alex, is massively corrupt (not defending them or him) yet when a podcast has such tremendous bias ALL and or ANY objectivity is NON EXISTENT. That podcast states many times gossip, speculation AS IF FACT. When it’s not, it’s simply speculation. There is NO EVIDENCE that Maggie was getting a Divorce other than gossip. 👉 My friends who’s cousins with someone, who is best friends with Shirley down the street whose, best friend knew MM told me she wanted a Divorce.👈🙄. There IS a podcast ( ERIC ALAN ) a guy who lives in that area, who does not have such a bias, and or if he does he recognizes it and acknowledges it. He is very careful to point out what’s gossip, what’s speculation and what is FACT. THE BEST TYPE OF JOURNALISM AND THE RAREST. I think he is partnering up in some way with the super Biased podcast, you mention. He is the source of my view, there is no evidence regarding divorce. That’s what he stated. The girls podcast also has some guy purposefully do ridiculous accents when reading documents trying to sound like a southerner. It’s weird, distracting and just tard. Plus the guy does an abhorrent job. Do you actually enjoy that girls tone? Even her opening … I don’t know … blah blah, anyway that’s my 2 cents. You prob disagree as her followers (going by the comment section) seem to feel that she could do no wrong, & only praise her.
