  2. I agree. Yet most attorneys talk their client into not taking the stand. Even ones that are innocent. Just watched a video of a case of a guy convicted of murder, twice, ( he got two trials) spent 18 years in prison. He is now free and conviction over ruled. He did not take the stand in any of his trials and he said it was because of that reason. Attorneys

  3.  @kelseymathias3881  I don’t know and haven’t watched the entire trial. Although have caught bits on the app (I down loaded of local news channel that was streaming it) Their reporting also is balanced. Unlike CTV, for instance, CTV posted closing arguments of the states, in its entirety. Nothing for the defense closing. I do know none of his electronics were near the murder location. That was addressed. Maybe he was home alone? How does one prove? This guy is a strange bird, no doubt yet not convinced (do not think) he is guilty. Althou (unfortunately) he will be convicted.

  4.  @kelseymathias3881  Vinny (to me) seemed prejudiced for the state side from day one, the comment section, majority said guilty. I feel for the this strange bird, I don’t think he is a murderer. & don’t believe in much of states “evidence” either.

  11.  @kelseymathias3881  me to, would love to hear from him. if he ever did get a new trial … 18 years later … something very strange about this case, no doubt. Bothered me they kept showing the smiling mug shot, over and over in promos etc. Police took tw, yet only showed the smiling one. According to defense, they told him to smile. Cop when on stand said he didn’t, yet I don’t believe him. Anyway Chad will never be able to be with his doggy again. Prob his most beloved thing in his life.

  17. They took TWO MUG shot. They told him to smile in one. The cop who took the pic denies he told him to smile in one, yet I think he lied. The state made a huge deal about it. With out showing the other. It was finally shown I think, I saw it online. Also they arresting cop made a huge deal about that he (the suspect) asked him to take care of his dog during arrest. State leaves out his dog was in the truck with him when being arrested. State has to skew and leave out many things to have this guy guilty. I get in your mind he is.
