  2.  @davidsandoval102  dude if a large portion of the country dosent have access to wifi , and you switch the currancy over to an unstable digital currancy, you will increase the gap between economic classes and risk the countries economy as whole , its an unstable currancy not accepted everywhere, and you think its wise to follow that path ?
