Same with my ex-game in HGV driving.Micro-managed,tracked,cameras monitoring every swivel of the drivers eyeballs,computers barking rebukes for every perceived slackness of truck control,low grade,pointy shoed traffic clerks with little realtime knowledge of the harsher realities of 'modern' logistics outside of slick computer algorithms.All for wages based on 60-70 hour weeks on an overcrowded road network ill equipped for modern logistics,to put it mildly.
