@mdmurray17 Evidence can't obviously be given in this format but testimonials from commenters on Pottengers own site,alongside Dr's Berg,Eckberg and Mindy Pelz were enough to inspire my own health practices, which have revealed more than enough blatant evidence that our bodies are inherently designed to self-heal which only really happens when not in digestion mode,snacking etc. No sliced mice in petri dishes here pilgrim,just positive personal experiences.
