Ok if you can afford the grass-raised' organic -option' but how do you trust the 'growth hormones',GM-cattle's diet and VACCINES...(to say nothing of the Monsanto/Bayer Glysophates sprayed onto the grass the animals actually consume?)... the animals get to absorb nowadays ? Weren't 'they' recently mooting the 'possibilty' (read...,they've probably been on the case for some time) of incorporating MRNA into the foodchain such as animals and even vegetables (spinach/lettuce) as a catch-all dragnet for the vax dodgers ? I go with fish personally but i dare say 'they're' working on this...impossible obviously for tins of mackerel/sardines en-masse, but entirely possible i suspect, for dreadfully unhealthy farmed fish where they can incorporate the nasties into pellets and such ? I don't necessarily believe we were designed to eat meat per-se.Our digestive tracts are too labrynthine unlike carnivorous animals who can rapidly process the stuff.Human digestive tracts and colons get clogged for months on end.

@oldbloke204 Fair comment but l don't personally indulge,although it pays to mention that medicinal CBD and even more psychedelic derived medicines at micro dose levels would,in my view, offer more efficacy to many folks than the default horror's of SSRI's which compromise...if not outright destroy 'neuroplasticity' over time,while simultaneously thickening big-pharmas wallets. We have cannabinoidal receptors hard-wired into our systems, probably via centuries of generational feeding cattle on hemp leaf,long before before those lovely Rockefellers stamped it out a century ago as their satanic epoch took flight.Understand this bloodlines nefarious reign and relevance and you will see how we got to where we are now? They're still in business and most likely the architects of project CV-19.Why wouldn't they be ? they also created-Planned parenthood (eugenics)-UN-CFR-WHO... and B-Gates is very much their puppet.
