Don't forget the vitamin k2 with the vit d (entourage effect).I have used vit d for years (5k iu's) and got a blood test result with a callback from my GP telling me my levels were 'too high' lol and was i supplementing by chance ? I wasn't at that point,just fasting and eating a lot of mushrooms which are high in vit d.Essential stuff for us folks in locales where the sun is shy and especially here in the UK where we had a fairly rubbish summer this year.

  4. I did hear that cholecalciferol,which is in most vit-D is not necessarily the best version but they all seem to be made this way.? Big pharma (Rockefeller) will dilute/pervert anything threatening their business model....(our good health).'Codex-Alimentarius' was doubtless their brainchild.?
