  2. 1- if it comes to murdering Putin to achieve regime change nulan won't hesitate to arrange for that. 2- the Hague is in Nederland which has grievance against Russia for bombing Malaysian Airlines over Ukraine, though false!! Hard to achieve any unbiased justice.
