Alex please give some credit to the Americans...they know too well that this war is over but to get out of it you only need to talk to the Congress and ask them behind closed doors to block the money. When Congress blocks the money no one is to blame .. thats the psychology of getting out this without having to be blamed...the Ukrainians won't point a finger at any one afterall America is a democracy and thats how democracies work...its a smart move. In the public all those involved will cry out loud and at the end of the day say we did everything but the Congress wasn't convinced enough 😂😂😂
