  7. The peace talks were never meant to take place before the ceasefire. Western leaders shouted on top of their voices how Russia would come down crashing if a ceasefire was not declared by Monday. Today is Wednesday and nobody is talking about the ceasefire anymore. Were these empty threats. Is this how Europe has sunk so low.
