These military commentators have no idea of what Russian military doctrines are; Russians dont foght wars for the sake of media optics ..such wars mean the side doing so has no military defined objective of the war. The Russian objective is solid in this war and they won't take their eyes off the ball. That objective is demilitarising NATO...and one of the means of achieving it is creating traps that lure these naive NATO forces into them...the kursk incursion is a trap that only eases the attainment of the Russian objective quicker. NATO is trapped ...retreating from kursk means it has failed...but hanging on longer means losing more men and material. It is in Russia's interest that NATO doesn't retreat...the longer they stay the more the more they have to die...we are soon going to witness one of the most classical military tactics and strategies of all time . The Russians are going to attrit that army while giving them free access to go in... the naivity of western media will help the Russian cause ...because they will praise the Ukrainians (NATO) for hanging on while hiding the loses incurred...by the time Ukraine wakes up it will be too late and will be passing another draft law for above 6 years ...yes all boys above 6 years will be conscripted by law into the army
