With all Western supplied guided ammunitions that are far superior to the Russians all we see is just a miserable 16 kms in 2 months recovered and that is not to account for the loss in Kuppiansk areas. 66 billion usd so far spent not to mention contributions from EU and you are starring failure to say the least. So what have these artillery done to change the course of the war and the answer is NOTHING.
