Alexander pliz understand that the Ukrainians had good reason to blow up the Dam...they have been under tremendous pressure from the western backers to carry out the offensive and up to now they had run out of excuses...the Dam now offers them the perfect excuse not to carry out offensive...true wildlife has been lost and infrastructure but you can't compare it to the lives of innocent Ukrainians that were going to lose their lives just because the western backers with sold out tickets for this offensive are pushing them
