does he ever say what specific things "can't be replicated?" kinda don't feel like watching this one if he's just working with vibes and bans a guy for having sources he doesn't like.

not enough people talk about what WFH did for commuter congestion. I had to drive long distance for something important during lockdowns and there was NOBODY on the road in broad daylight on a weekday. Obviously we're back to people driving every day since then but I'm not sure why the environmental groups and city planners aren't screaming at the tops of their lungs about how everyone needs to spend at least some time out of office.

and in a call center you're not getting all the nice daycare amenities they give programmers to keep them on-site longer. it's just a dismal office.

do they not have conference rooms? you can just cram everyone in the office into one room for those AHOD meetings and there's a camera and conference mic/speaker hooked up to a projector showing the executives who live on the opposite coast or whatever the layout happens to be.
