  1. I get it, corporations are going to be given an inch and take a mile, but honestly how similar should games be allowed to be to one another? If I make a game called Schmokemon Red and it's just a rom hack of a nintendo game should I be allowed to sell that? Or if you can't sympathise with nintendo, imagine it's some hack ripping off your favorite indie dev.
