  1. 3:09 don't apologize for having this mindset. most of the time with payment plans in tech, things get worse over time for the customer because laymen are so mystified they'll pay for anything if they're told to, or if they won't pay they'll still assume charging is justified. even with phones still having ways to avoid big tech shakedowns most people accept the walled garden way of doing things to their own detriment.

  2. Pseud alert, lol. imagine seeing a reasonably formulated complaint about misleading functionality (reasonable people know what "download" means, any debate over the strings attached that youtube-dl chads don't suffer is dross) and taking the opportunity to brown-nose a tech monopoly.
