I watch a ton of youtube so I'd probably be willing to pay $10/mo if they made changes. enforcing Fair Use correctly would be a big one. people who send lots of superchats/superthanks should probably get a discount on their membership. even with the revenue split it would be profitable to encourage people to do that and making their membership more affordable in exchange for a lot of engagement makes sense to me. also, this one goes for any website, look at what people who make browser extensions are doing to your site and do what they do so people don't have to install addons to get a better experience.
