I didn't ever reach Brahmacharya levels of celibacy, but making the conscious decision to talk to women I liked spending time with without trying to rizz them up was how I ended up in my long term relationship. As long as you already have a reasonably nuanced and natural personality it really is that shrimple.

I find it really interesting how people project their personal problems ("I can't get dates because geeks who hate women might make sex bots one day!") onto the entire rest of the universe. my 2¢, if intelligent life everywhere gets stumped by the same problem that bottlenecks captive panda population numbers, alien life isn't even worth speculating on. surely Little Green MGTOWs would invent artificial wombs so they don't die off, right? more likely than that, unless you had an alien culture that was significantly more technophilic than we are, they would probably solve the problem at the behavioral level, same as we will.
