also worth mentioning, just because something you're saying isn't a factual statement doesn't mean it has no value. A human being with no opinions/jokes/random shower thoughts/etc is like a pack animal with no scent. it's not possible for his/her packmates to get sufficient information about him or her with a whole channel of communication missing. we're moderns, but we're still made of meat, and that doesn't have to be a bad thing. play along a little!
