the homework folder scenario sounded so familiar. I think my dad has masked adhd. he grew up poor and there wasn't an abundance of compassion in his life, and even though he consciously didn't pass on a lot of the bad patterns from his upbringing there are some things that still don't make sense to him. love you dad.
