good info overall, but being a man raised to feel one emotion doesn't resonate with me. I asked my dad who had a pretty stereotypical blowhard dad who was verbally abusive and even he didn't raise my dad to feel "only one emotion." maybe I'm nitpicking something that was said in hyperbole but I just thought it was worth mentioning
