  1. that level of "self awareness" is mostly just teenage social anxiety. you're in a life stage where learning to relate and be accepted by your peers is important. In the ancient past, social acceptance was an issue of personal survival so you'll go through a period of hyper awareness. it happens. as for meditation, if you think it's only spiritual and not practical you haven't understood it yet.

  4.  @teemumiettinen7250  or just, y'know, get over it. worry about what's within your ability to solve and don't worry about anything that isn't. or they can always while away their time trying to convince people it's totes a problem by being as annoying as possible online, I'm cool either way lol
