I'm on the recieving end of this one. sometimes I sigh about something that has nothing to do with my partner, like thinking about going back to work on a sunday night, or I sigh contentedly, but my partner still finds a reason to worry I'm irritated with her. Doesn't matter if I spell it out for her, she's still back to being anxious the next time I exhale too much for her :/
