  1. if it's taking a toll on your body, it might be worth it to get your groceries by pickup or delivery if it's an option/not too expensive in your area. trying to juggle two opposite sleep routines every week really does sound draining, I hope you find something that works better for you

  2. if you work the same hours every night, you can still do your own version of this, and sleeping at predictable times is good for you even if you can't make them align with the sun
