you can do it that way, as long as the people who you tell will hold you accountable rather than giving you an ego boost just for saying you plan on doing something.

you could choose whichever one of the four feels intuitively the most compelling. For example, you probably care more about having fun at a job than society expecting you to get a job I imagine. Rank them in order and pick #1

@yukidoit personally I use accountability with things I know I have someone I can rely on for certain (me and an online friend sync our workout times and message each other when it's time to start/rest/end, it works for me because I need external motivation for this particular task) and I use secrecy for my writing, since I have more of an innate desire to get better at writing. It feels good to me personally to spend an hour working on a draft without telling anyone and then get feedback after I have something tangible. That way there are no expectations weighing on me and if I have to throw the draft out, nobody but me knows it even existed. Both styles work, it just depends on the person and the situation
