  1. I've downsized from being the informal therapist for a few people to more like one or two. I like the feeling of helping people work through their issues, but it's easy to get overwhelmed, and I don't have all the answers. I've had to accept help from people too and while I don't get the "waow I'm a good person" dopamine hit as often, but I'm still hopefully a net positive to have around and I feel more balanced accepting help on occasion

  2.  @brauliomarroquin7723  If I found I was causing more harm than good, I'd stop entirely and spend time correcting my behavior.
