  11.  @B-Rad_99  I have encountered a leopard and a striped hyena in the wild, apparently both of those incidents took place after I posted the comment. The leopard one was close but the cat retreated after I didn't move. The striped hyena on the other hand wanted to have nothing to do with me and it kept doing it's own thing far away from me. I of course didn't move either.

  15.  @joesupg1695  We didn't have guns until the late medieval period. Our ancestors fought these beasts with pointy sticks, swords and arrows. Kings still went on pleasure hunting trips even thousands of years ago. Most animals are terrified of us for a reason. They used to capture tigers, lions, bears etc. and pit them against each other for entertainment. All of that was not done with guns, but with sheer intellect.
