  9.  @michaelschneider8201  "reculant" is the wrong word, they strongarm it as much as they can proit rom them. And use them to pressure the west, maybe as shield. The only thing is they want to play neutral too and cant be too obvious. And to be clear china will backstab russia without a second thought and exploit them. Just now supporting them "neutral" is convenient.
