Is it most cases, no, but it happens enough you want to see oäwhat cromes someone was avcused of and if otspolitical ,opressive,or like a legit violent crime.

Or at least the eu say something how however worded that is msde clear, that people arrested for just harmless critiwäquing governmebty, are politically opressed and have a strong case automatic. I am not against background checks, but it should be automatic a stfong case.

To be cleatr everymilitary has that somewhere, but ukrain cracks doeäwn on corruption enough its really felt.
